DIY Spring Planters
Join us at Arrowhead Ranch Camano for a paint and plant class. We’ll help you create and decorate a unique Spring planter using an upcycled paint can. Then we’ll help you fill it with an arrangement of houseplants to brighten up your space.
Stanwood Camano Pride
Cactus + Co. will have a pop-up booth with plants and plant care items at the 3rd annual Stanwood-Camano Pride Parade and Party in the Park! We are promoting positivity and community for our local families and businesses. We are inclusive to all!
Summer Market at the Camano Commons
Join us in the lawn at the Camano Commons for a pop-up shopping experience. We’ll be set up with all of our favorite plants and plant accessories for you to choose from. This market will include other local artisans, bakers and live music, and is hosted by The Camano Commons Marketplace.
Camano Kids Fest
Cactus + Co. will be providing a free kids activity at the 2024 Kids Fest presented by the Camano Commons. At our booth, kids will get to choose a FREE plant & we’ll help them pot it & make a mini terrarium to take home. While supplies last. This activity will be available alongside several other kids activities in the grassy area at the Camano Commons.
Funk and Junk Fest
Cactus + Co. will be popping-up at the Stanwood Camano Fairgrounds for the Second Annual Funk & Junk Fest, a festival for a cause. There will be a variety of vendors, food trucks and a car show for you to enjoy.
The RE/MAX Community Grant Chest, managed by the Stanwood Camano Area Foundation (SCAF), was created in 2018 to provide funding to local nonprofit organizations doing vital work in the Stanwood-Camano Community. All proceeds from this event go toward replenishing their grant chest.

Replanting Revival Class
Do you have a plant (or a few) that needs a little extra help to flourish?! Join us at Athleisure Collective for a replanting revival class. You’ll bring your own houseplant(s) and we’ll provide instruction and assistance on repotting them! These could be plants you've had for a while or new plants you want to repot! We’ll provide the potting soil and tools, just bring your plant(s) and a new pot if you have one already!

Spring Shop Local, Win Local
The Camano Island Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 3rd Annual Shop Local Win Local SPRING EVENT! Here is how it works: We will be using an EASY PASSPORT system to track. For every $20 you spend at a participating businesses you will get a stamp on your passport. Each passport will have a total of 10 squares (representing $200 total spent in a local business) - once the passport is completed we will have central drop off locations and will collect the passports to draw for some GREAT PRIZES in early June. Cactus + Co. will have a booth with plants, pots and plant care items at the Red Barn Spring Market in Lynden, WA. Stop by to shop small with over 90 vendors providing a combination of home décor, vintage, craft, boutique clothing, kids and baby items and other amazing treasures. Red Barn Market promises a new, unique and creative shopping experience.
Northwest Glass Quest 2024
Cactus + Co. will be hiding clue balls in our store during the 2024 Northwest Glass Quest. This is a unique, 10-day treasure hunt for hand blown glass balls on Camano Island and Stanwood Washington. Explore local shops, restaurants, and parks as you search for clue balls that will win you a beautiful work of art.
Galentine’s Day Pop-Up
Cactus + Co. will be popping up in Lake Stevens for the second annual Galentine’s Day Party hosted by the Backyard Brunch Company. Tickets will be available for purchase here.
At this event you’ll enjoy a fully stocked appetizer bar, treats from our favorite small bakeries, and some of the cutest drinks with a V-day twist. Also included with this experience is a DJ, Live entertainment, Caricature Drawings, a Professional Mini Shoot, 360 video photobooth, swag bags and a raffle. Additionally, a hat bar, hair tinsel, tiny tattoos, piercings, permanent jewelry & shopping from over 30 vendors and small businesses will be available.

Cactus + Co. will be popping up at the Stanwood Camano Fairgrounds for a Small Business Saturday, Holiday Bazaar from 10AM-4PM on November 25th. Holiday Social Shopping Market
Cactus + Co. will be popping-up at the Angel of The Winds Casino for this Holiday Social Shopping Market. Get ready for the holidays with 28 vendors, snacks from our delicious appetizer bar, win prizes and we'll have a cash bar onsite to keep you hydrated! This event will be $5 cash at the door. Fall Shop Local, Win Local

Cactus + Co. will be popping-up in downtown Stanwood at Ladders Clothing & Co. to hand out candy on Halloween. Snag a few plant treats for yourself too!
DIY Pumpkin Planter Workshop
At this workshop, attendees will receive instructions and supplies to make their own seasonal pumpkin planter using craft pumpkins, and a variety of plants. Don't worry, we'll put a pot inside the pumpkin so you can remove it and still have your plants on display when you're ready to put your fall décor away.
As an attendee of the workshop, you'll also receive a 15% discount on all plants after the event.

Funk & Junk Fest

The Barbie Movie just premiered, and we just know Barbie would love all of the pink we have in our store. We’ve partnered up with Social by DWG to bring their pink Barbie Box into the shop for some cute photo ops. Stop by our store between Saturday, July 29th and Thursday, August 3rd to get your photo in the box!
Ladies Night
The iconic Bertelsen Winery Ladies Night is back… bigger and better than ever on Saturday, July 15th from 2-8pm! Featuring live music by Savanna Woods. Cactus + Co. will be popping up on the lawn for The Camano Shop’s outdoor sale on Saturday, July 8th from 11-2PM. We’ll have plants, plant care items and plant decor under our hot pink tent. See you there!
Summer Solstice Art Beer & Wine Festival - Kids Corner
Cactus + Co. Camano will be set-up and operating the Kids Corner at the annual Summer Solstice Art, Beer & Wine Festival hosted by Stanwood Camano Arts Festivals on the lawn at Terry’s Corner. Kids will get to choose a FREE plant & we’ll help them pot it & make a mini terrarium to take home. The kids Corner will be operating on Saturday June 24th and Sunday June 25th from 11-2PM, while supplies last. Artist booths will be set-up for you to shop at this Festival.
DIY Disco Ball Plant Hanger Class
At this class attendees will receive instructions and supplies to make their own disco ball macramé plant hanger. We'll be combining disco balls and macramé to make a unique plant hanger that will not only hold a plant but also add joy to your space. This class is held at Cactus + Co. Camano in collaboration with Jen from Rooted in Joy Décor. We expect this class to take 1.5-2 hours. As an attendee, you will also get a 15% discount on all items in the store after the event. June in Bloom Pop-Up Market
Cactus + Co. will be popping up in Ferndale at the MaryGold Tales Studio with other makers and small business owners. Stop by for a shopping experience filled with watercolor, stationary & papergoods, hand-curated candles & soap, tasty baked goods, PNW apparel, folk art forest pieces, blooms, plants, beautiful crochet works and more.
Stanwood Camano Pride
Cactus + Co. will have a pop-up booth with plants and plant care items at the 2nd annual Stanwood-Camano Pride Parade and Party in the Park! The parade is open to anyone wanting to participate (walking only). There will be a chalk bomb area, DJ Heidi will be back to work her music magic, and so much more. There will even be the elusive clue ball hidden somewhere for you to find and win a Glass Quest Ball! We are promoting positivity and community for our local families and businesses. Mother's Day Art Festival - Kids Corner

Bubbles, Brie & A Shopping Spree
Join Mallori & Rachel, your favorite cheese gals, who are teaming up to host this EPIC event you won't want to miss! This is a live workshop on creating the perfect cheese & charcuterie board! Each attendee will have their own personal board to customize, and a selection of artisanal cheese, meats and pairings.
